My name is Paige Frazier. I am a certified Mental Performance Coach and owner of Performance Counseling. I completed my MGCP certification from Peak Performance Sports under Dr. Patrick Cohn. Dr. Cohn is the president and founder of Peak Performance Sports in Orlando, Florida, where he provides mental toughness training to individual and team athletes. He works with high profile teams such as the Miami Dolphins as well as NASCAR, NHL, NFL, Motocross, and PGA athletes.
I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern State University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University, where I played softball. I was a competitive youth and high school softball coach for several years in and around the Tulsa, Oklahoma area and have an extensive personal background in multiple competitive sports.
I bring a combination of experience as a licensed therapist, coach, and athlete; as well as a parent of competitive athletes in order to help athletes maximize their game.
My passion is working with athletes, coaches, and parents to overcome challenges in sport to maximize mental performance and attain a new level of success in sport and life.
I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and team workshops. These services are designed to help clients overcome obstacles, improve their mindset, and achieve their goals.
